Elite Development Academy (EDA) joined WPSL (Women’s Premier Soccer League) in 2020. Due to covid, the season was cancelled and EDA will now be having their inaugural season in 2021. We will be playing in the SoCal Conference in the Coastal Division.

The EDA WPSL team is designed for college and adult players interested in playing at a high level of competition. The season is scheduled to run May 7 – July 28th. Game schedule to be released at the end of March.

Michael Orozco will be the Head Coach for WPSL 2021 season. Coach Michael currently plays professionally for OCSC. He has been playing professionally for over 18 years and is a former USMNT and Olympic player.

Many of the United States’ most accomplished women’s players have played in the WPSL, including household names such as Alex Morgan, Abby Wambach, Megan Rapinoe, Julie Foudy and Brandi Chastain.

The WPSL is sanctioned by the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA), which is an affiliate of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the ruling body of soccer in the United States.
