Elite Development Academy Inc., (EDA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion and development of youth soccer in North Orange County.

EDA was established in 2016 to provide a new soccer experience — one of opportunity — for the community. The EDA mission is:

• To create challenging programs that are attractive to the novice player, challenging to the average player, and demanding to the most advanced player, with the goal that these players will gain exposure to increase their opportunities to further their development as student athletes at the college level.
• To instill life lessons through the game of soccer. EDA offers a multicultural organization with a vast array of staff and players to further enhance the culture of the game in an environment that is professional, demanding and enjoyable.
• To ingrain into our players the importance and the benefits of maintaining a high level of academic success in order to help them achieve their future goals. With that goal in mind, to create a corporate sponsored scholarship fund to help students advance and play at the collegiate level who would not otherwise have that opportunity.

EDA will achieve its mission through its soccer program:

At EDA, our method to developing players begins at the grass roots level and continues through the highest levels of play within our programs. Our motto – Soccer Skills.Life Skills. – is the foundation of our philosophy. It is our challenge and responsibility to create an environment of opportunity in which players are exposed to a soccer experience combining sport, community and academics creating a pathway to be successful both on and off the soccer field.

EDA offers a scholarship fund to players in need of financial aid for participation on Soccer Club teams. This fund is being generously donated by individuals and businesses.

With the facilities, professional coaching, competition, financial backing through scholarship funds, integration of all socioeconomic levels, and the desire to succeed, the EDA hopes to develop an environment in which student athletes will be nurtured and developed.
