Michael Orozco
Michael Orozco is a California native from Orange who made his pro debut for Necaxa in 2002. He then started playing for San Luis in 2006. He played in 55 league matches for the club through August 2008. In January 2010, he left San Luis to join the Philadelphia Union on loan. After one season with Philadelphia Union, he returned to San Luis. Orozco eventually signed with Xolos Tijuana, spending time on loan at Puebla. He joined Lobos BUAP for the 2018 season. He moved to Orange County FC for the 2019 USL Championship where he continues to play today.
Orozco also played for the US Under-23 team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics before earning his first senior cap later that same year.
Coaching Experience
In 2014, Michael founded Worldwide Soccer Academy to identify, train and develop prospective soccer players for potential opportunity to play for one of the LigaMX clubs. He continues to train and mentor soccer athletes in his spare time. He now has the ability to send players to Spain as well.
In 2020, Michael joined EDA to coach their girls 2008 team.

2018-19: Signed with Lobos BUAP for the Apertura finishing 13th and 12th in the Clausura. Moved to Orange County FC for the 2019 USL Championship.
2017-18: Finished 11in the Apertura with Tijuana and 6th in the Clausura, exiting the playoffs in the semifinals.
2016-17: With Tijuana for the Clausura, missing the playoffs.
2015-16: Won the Clausura title with Puebla, returning to Tijuana for the Apertura.
2014: Made the playoffs with Puebla, finishing runners-up in the Apertura.
2013: Loaned to Puebla for the 2013 Clausura and Apertura seasons.
2012: A regular with San Luis during the Fall season, loaned to Puebla for the 2013 Clausura season.
2011: Returned to San Luis.
2010: Left San Luis for the Philadelphia Union.
2009: Had three starts and one goal for San Luis in the Copa Libertadores tournament.
2008: Had 11 starts for San Luis in the Clausura, helping the club advance to the semifinals.
